Go Mobile

 

If you have large mobile workforce or want to get data back to the office in minutes, you should consider adding Go Mobile to your fastdox application. Go Mobile allows you to send inked fastdox documents back to your systems via your mobile. Go Mobile is supported on most networks and devices running the following platforms:

 

 

 

To enable the mobile functionality of your document, select the document for print using the fastdox™ virtual printer, and select the Print Mobile Page tick box. This process adds a ‘send’ box to the last page of your document. When this send box is ticked using your digital pen, the document is transferred to your mobile device via Bluetooth, which sends it via email to the addresses registered with your account. Open the email attachments and fastdox™ will process the document in line with the respective workflows that have been created.
