Setting up Go Mobile

To set up Go mobile please ensure that you have already installed a copy of fastdox on your PC and subscribed to the Go Mobile Service. Further information on the Go Mobile service can be found here.
 
Step 1
If you do not have one already, you must register for a fastdox account and enter the required details. You will be required to confirm your email address by clicking on the link contained within the account set up confirmation email. (If it does not arrive in your mail box, please check your junk email folders.)
 
Step 2
To activate your service, log into your fastdox.net account by entering your username and password into the fields at the top of any page. Ensure you have registered your digital pen ID and entered your Go Mobile licence key to complete the activation of your service. Please note that Go Mobile will not complete its activation until your digital pen ID and your Go Mobile licence key are provided.
 
Step 3
Once your digital pen ID and your Go Mobile licence key are validated by the system, a field will be visible within your account which will allow you to send the Go Mobile phone software directly to you handset. To send the download link to your phone by SMS, simply enter your mobile number into the field provided and an SMS will be sent with a download link. The system will automatically determine the correct software to send to your handset.
 
UK numbers: no international dialing codes required
International numbers: prefix your mobile number with the relevant dialing code such as +63
