What is fastdox?
fastdox™ lets you automatically create crystal clear digital copies of any document or form just by printing and writing, making it easy to use your exsiting documents, forms, applications and printers with digital paper.
How it works
Step 1
Fastdox allows you to print any type of document from a PC. Simply open your application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF and then select fastdox from your printer menu.
Step 2
Fastdox will then process your document and apply a unique pattern of microscopic dots, which will look like a light grey shade on the paper. This will allow the digital pen to understand what is being written. An image of the document is automatically stored on your computer for use when the ink is received from your digital pen.
Step 3
Write on the document you printed with your digital pen and the data is securely stored
on the pen until it is processed.
You can use multiple pens on your document or write on many documents with one.

Step 4
When finished, you can choose how to send the data back. Either dock your pen into a USB docking station or send it via your mobile phone using the go mobile application. The data is then retrieved by the fastdox application and the ink strokes are merged back into the the original document, giving you a crystal clear copy of what has been written almost instantly.
Step 5
Once the data is back in fastdox, you can do many things with that data. For example, you could set it up to send to a document management system, email that data to a particular person or add it to a specific folder for retrieval at a later stage. You choose. With fastdox, we can provide connectors to extend the use of the application and allow you to integrate it deeper into your processes and organisation.
